It is important to highlight that social distancing, mask wearing and hand washing are the first line of defence to contraction of the virus. inexo offers a level of preparation (rather than prevention) which aims to improve lung function ahead of contracting the virus. With better lung function there is an improved chance of better recovery.

Whilst inexo is designed to be easily cleaned it is not advised to share it even with close family members (this offers the best level of infection control).

inexo is not a toy and is not recommended to be used by anyone under the age of 7. There is no upper age limit and indeed it offers good, gentle, respiratory training to elderly users. Always consult your GP or a healthcare professional before starting any exercise routine particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

If you struggle with breathlessness it is advised you consult your GP or a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis. The gentle resistance training inexo offers is likely to be beneficial to you but should be seen as complimentary therapy and not a replacement for prescribed medicine or treatment.

Very! Simply select the level of dificulty which you require by setting the valve, breathe through the mouthpiece and record your progress.
